How to quickly and cheaply produce a CF device with high quality.

In order to provide farmers with high quality, the device should be made of a suitable material.

The elements of the device should have appropriate mechanical properties.

The point is that the device is not damaged during a storm.

Also note that the device will operate in a seawater environment.

The use of plastic will ensure fast and cheap production of the device.

There are many types of plastic and they have different properties and uses. They are used in the manufacture of boats, fuel tanks, chemical tanks, garbage cans and many other items used by humans.

Using this technology, we can obtain almost any shape of the product.

Here are examples of products made of plastics.

An example of making products from thermoplastic materials.

Injection molding machines are used for the production of products from this group of plastics.

General scheme of a screw injection molding machine:

1: injection molding machine screw

2: granule dispenser

3: injection machine nozzle

4: a stationary mold half

6: the movable mold half

The principle of operation of an injection molding machine for plastics.

In the granulate dispenser (2), the granulate is placed (shredded plastic from which the finished device components will be made).

Due to the rotation of the screw of the injection molding machine (1), the granulate in the cylinder of the injection molding machine is moved towards the nozzle of the injection molding machine (3). During the movement, the granulate is heated until it reaches the consistency of a liquid.

The liquid plastic is forced through the nozzle of the injection molding machine (3) into the mold in which the element takes the desired shape (5).

The mold consists of two parts. From a fixed (4) and a movable (6) part.

After filling the mold, the plastic in the mold is cooled by the mold cooling system.

The plastic hardens during cooling. After the plastic has cooled down, the movable part of the mold (6) moves away and we get the finished element (5).

In the case of the Crab Farmer, it could be the basket door, wall or some other part of the appliance.

Using this technology, the production of one element takes about 2-5 minutes.

For the production of plastic products, each element must have its own mold.

The form gives shape to the product.

For example.

Five molds are required to produce the CF basket.

  1. Mold for the basket door (Fig. 3).
  2. Mold for the wall to which the door is attached (Fig. 3).
  3. The mold of the side walls (Fig. 3).
  4. Mold for partition walls (Fig. 4).
  5. Mold for external walls (Fig. 4).

The advantages of using this technology to manufacture a CF device.

  1. Cheap production.

The material for the production of the device is shredded plastic that needs to be poured into the injection molding machine dispenser and the machine will do the rest of the work.

In steel constructions, first you need to cut the material to the appropriate lengths and then connect them together.

This takes much more time and the production costs are much higher.

  1. Rapid production of the device.

It will take about 2-5 minutes to make one finished element of the device.

During one shift, only one worker can make about 200 ready-made elements of the device. For example, 200 CF doors, walls or other device components.

  1. By using plastic for production, we will avoid the problem of corrosion.

  1. As the machine will be made in parts, it will be easy to transport from the factory to the customer.

  1. It will be easy for the farmer to transport the elements of the device to the sea and assemble them there.

It is the perfect solution for everyone.
